WEIGHT:

EXERCISE:
-Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.

FOOD:
-Still maintaining only diet sodas
-Need to track calories log again for at least next week to stay under the 255lbs mark

HEALTH:
-Pretty good health wise

EVENTS:
-Didn't register my food log most of the week so need to get back on track to achieve my goal of under 250lbs.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
