after two days off for hurricane issac followed by a three day weekend I went from 260 to 362 and not down to 250 like I was.

WEIGHT:

EXERCISE:
- Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.
FOOD:
- Still maintaining only diet sodas
- Not tracking food at 100% but keeping calories at or close to 500 per meal and 500 for snacks
HEALTH:
- Pretty good health wise
EVENTS:
- Didn't register my food log most of the week so need to get back on track to achieve my goal of under 250lbs.

EXERCISE:
