Oh my oh my - When I mess up I go hard! Hungover and still eating junk food from the night before - Doing great untill I went over to friends and play DRINKING GAMES?! And then stopped off at 711 for the "when I was 19 I could eat this garbage all the time and still look grrreat..." treats. So I blew it again... no suprise there - but I am still going to go for improvement by doing only 1 night of drinking this weekend... I really know how to set the bar high... ha! Not to worry - I'll pull it together. On a sad note I am feeling very emotional about Whitney and perhaps remember her while avoiding my own addictions. What a beautiful lady with the voice of an angel. I'm so sorry she had to leave us...
