Fri night noooo drinking - I couldn't be happier. I did however decide to whip up some choclate cupcakes! haha But the truth is cupcakes don't give you hangovers. It is the weekend. I'm not being over the top with my diet 24/7. I plan on having a few treats just smaller portions - no need to go over the top especially since I don't have a "cheat day" its over three days. Might take me a little longer but I think this will help me keep it as a permenant lifestyle.
