I'm stressing about Friday... we are going camping with family & friends in a few days and we also will be celebrating my grandmas bday Fri.
Im sure I can fill up on low carb food but I'm stressed out about impulsively snacking.
I have been pretty good about limiting my social situations that involve food...
I thought about having a cheat meal but I'm just gonna have guilt the next day.
Blah
206.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
