Well, you know, you always weigh more in the afternoon than in the morning. All the food and drink you have had throughout the day is added to the scale, so the best indication of loss will be in the morning at your usual time. Don't sweat it!

i know what you are saying...i myself do not like afternoon weigh ins...the best time to weigh in is in the morning.... don't worry!
