I continue losing weight, which is a good thing. I let myself go a tiny tiny bit yesterday, but still managed to lose weight without exercise. I had three salad's, but that turns out to be pretty healthy. I also tried the spicy vegetarian chili. It was okay. I think the boca meat did a number on my intestines b/c I spent quite a bit of time on the toilet this morning. When all was said and done, I lost .6 lbs, making my total weight loss for the week 3.2 (in four days).
