Finally a real drop in weight! Hope I can keep it off. I was reading one diet and i said you take your current weight and divide it in half and drink that may ounces of water per day. It seems to be helping!
227.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
