I've been losing weight very slowly (.25/week on average) and I'm ready to start losing a bit quicker (1 pound/week on average).
I'm practicing Intuitive Eating for the most part. I also have started an intense exercise routine. I do Curves 5 times a week and cardio at home 1-3 times a week.
I have no strict rules about food other than only eat when hungry and stop eating when satisfied.
