I have been on atkins for a month, decided to restart induction to try and get over this standstill that I have been in. I dont wanna lose hope but it's getting difficult.

I need adivce, or help, someone.. anyone, save me!

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 February 2010:
1931 kcal Fat: 153.49g | Prot: 117.73g | Carb: 23.47g.   Breakfast: Deli Deluxe American Cheese, pepperoni, broccoli, ham. Lunch:  Northern Italian Dressing, hellmann's real mayonnaise, white chicken in water, shredded cheese, pepperoni, romaine lettuce. Dinner: olive oil, eat smart broccoli, onion, ketchup, Romaine Lettuce, hellmann's real mayonnaise, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), deli delux american cheese. Snacks/Other: coffee creamer powder, cream cheese, pork rinds. more...

You are definitely not eating enough. You need way more protein, fat, and veggies. You need to be sure to consume no fewer than 1500 calories along with 20 net carbs. 12-15 of these carbs need to come from your veggies. The reamining carbs can be from your dressing, cheese, other acceptable foods. Have you checked out Atkins.com? You should read these links available regarding Atkins, Induction, etc. Don't be discouraged.

By the way - I didn't lose weight for about 2 weeks. I found it was because I wasn't eating enough. Since I increased my calories it is starting to come off. It was hard because I was never hungry. It does get easier. Just keep coming back.

THANK YOU! I know I havnt eaten enough today, but I still have dinner and snacks left to get the calories in, it's really hard since my appetite has gone down. I have read the book and looked at the website but I just cant seem to figure out what's wrong, I'm going to assume its the calories because I do exercise alot, so I'm going to up the calories and weigh in at the end of the week.

Well I was looking at yesterday since it was a complete listing of all meals. I'm only suggesting this because it could be why you are not lossing the weight. You in turn put your body into starvation mode, causing you to not lose, or sometimes even gain.

ya i am noticing that my calories are waay too low. Thanks for the advice! im really trying to work on it!! =D

What I try to do is play around with combinations you would use and try building from there. The nice thing with this site is you can always delete an entry.
