Another night at work. And I did not fall prey to the numerous goodies that everyone brought in. I made buffalo chicken dip with celery sticks....quite yummo! I packed my dinner and snack and measured out a serving of the dip. Not hungry, but feeling bloated...I know better than to drink coffee at night.

Still doing BBL with conviction even though my back is still sore. Do feel much better though for which I am grateful. I've also added (almost) daily yoga before or after BBL to help with flexibility and strength.

I am feeling and seeing some results but of course, I am an impatient creature and want/expect more. Lowest weight so far was this weekend at 155.6...very excited about that!

Measurements either Tuesday or Wednesday (I don't like to weigh or measure myself after working nights due to a lot of water retention).

Still experiementing with various equations of cals/fats/protein while keeping low carb.
