I survived my first Max Interval workout! I am so excited, I was really nervous and dreading it, but I knew it had to be done. I had a Coach call earlier in the day and it's always motivating. Of course, I'm a nerd for uplifting quotes, so the quote for today (Monday, sorry a tad late, haha) is/was "Don't wish that it was easier, wish that you were better". After the call I was just like I'm tired of putting it off, I'm ust going to do my best and get it over with. I knew the workout was going to be hard, but there's no option to quit, so all I could do was do my best, and get better. It will take some time, but just like Phase I, I pushed through and I'm so much more fit and excited about it. I've come a long way since I started in September, and I'm continuously impressed and amazed with what a little commitment and dedication can do. I'm missing one of my dvds, so I haven't been able to try the Cardio Axe program, but I still like the butt lift series as well. I haven't done it for a couple of days, but it definitely works and I'm so excited to see my progress. I am finally maintaining 166, and I am so looking forward to losing another 7lbs(I just want to be out of the 160's) :).

Eating has been great, I had some pasta I wasn't supposed to tonight, but I take it all in stride. I wanted it, I had it, I work out, its just pasta it's not like its the end of the world, nor do I do it often enough to give myself grief. I was eating so well last week I forgot I was allowed a 'cheat' meal--i'm in two challenges on Facebook, so its fun to be held accountable.

Ok now what is MAX? I can't keep up with all the work outs you do. Is that also a Beachbody Trainer? Sounds like you are doing great. I logged on to BB and saw you were my coach. I don't use the site much. I really don't know how. I guess I could have been adding all my workouts but that's too much work to go all the way back.

lol Cathy you are too cute! I'm on the same program, just the last phase of it. Max Interval is by far the hardest, its longer and the circuits are much more intense and crazy. I would explain, but you would have no clue what I'm talking about. I have to demonstrate the moves to my family so they can see the craziness this guy is doing to us. It's like I started the program from scratch again, but this time I can feel I'm a lot stronger, so its encouraging :). I saw that I'm your coach, yay! I would definitely use the site, you can just put in Slim Series and then when you do your workout click on start your workout and you'll be entered for a chance to win $300 if not $1000, I believe the $1000 drawing is on Thursdays, but my coach's boyfriend won $300 recently so it does work lol. When you get done w. Debbie, I think you might like Brazil Butt Lift. I'll write more about that in my journal for today.
