I have not been the most faithful Smasher these days. I have however been working out most days of the week. I don't know what got into me. I was doing great and BAM I got side tracked. I so need some help here.

I know how it can be. You really have to psych yourself up to motivate yourself. Just make that decision that no matter what, you ARE going to do this and it will only get easier the more you stick with it. You can do it! :)

You just need to do it, and don't think about it too much! I find that when I think to much on what I need to do, I have more oppurtunity to talk myself out of it. Or I get stressed and start bad habits again. So, don't think about it, just stock up on approved foods and get a little exercise everyday and you'll do great!
