Your MAY calendar to record your calories, weight, loss, fat fast, cheats, period, fight with your boyfriend..LOL..

Seriously, I do love recording my weight/calories. I know some people have a reallly hard time seeing the scale go up, let alone record your up 2 lbs from yesterday or more (that does happen). But I tell you, I've learned so much by recording.

I am OMAD (One Meal A Day) and KETO (ketogenic diet- high fat, low carb). I love the journey much better now that I learned what I should not be doing. It was an uphill battle before. But, with time and giving up (sad but true) I was forced to look at my choices of food.

Everyone is so different. What works for me may not work for you. Every person has something unique. Mine is bipolar and thyroid issue. These meds affect weight loss. Your unique may be diabetes or eating disorder....

The key is to never give up, and keep trying, even tweaking what you're doing until you find what your body responds to. THEN RUN, run, run with that.
