Heading out right after this to LA Fitness. It's my first day going to this gym so wish me luck. I really wish my old gym hadn't closed down. Well, have a great day everyone!
229.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
