I have failed miserably at my diet and exercise! I wish I could just drop some of my bad habits-don't get me wrong, I really want to but its just so hard! I need someone to give me a big push....Or someone to be my exercise buddy! I really wanna improve my health....Please help :(

Comments lost 9lbs and that is 9lbs lighter than you were. Don't get discouraged just take baby steps...if it took you a lifetime to develope bad habits it only makes sense that it will take a while to change them. What I have found most helpful is tracking "every thing" i can be time consuming but that just means i have less time to eat..haha. -I also found ouat where iwaste alot of calori es. dgood luck

You are improving!! You know what you should do and that is an improvement and just like tobst've already lost 9lbs! You just need to believe that you have done GREAT!!! And that you are GREAT! BELIEVE!! And exercising? Do you workout at home? If so I can give you a bunch of things to do. Also if you go to the gym, ask the owners? See if anyone else is looking for a buddy? I bet there is someone out there looking for an exercise buddy!
