omg so frustrating!!! I am following my calories to a T - and I havent' changed anything ... I lost 14 pounds in a month and then I just weighed in and I GAINED 2 POUNDS! I don't get it :(

It could be water or muscle gain. If your scale gives you a percentage of body fat you can check. Let me know and I'll tell you how.

It doesn't do anything like that. It only does whole and half pounds ... I did drink WAY more water on Tuesday than I have any other days. I normally drink about 8oz a day of just water (I know, that's bad) I don't drink soda or sugary drinks at all, usually just hot tea if anything - but on Tuesday, I drank 80oz of water. I am really hoping it is just water gain. Is it bad that I don't want to drink water today? haha ;)
