Yay! 170s! :-D

Ow, ow, ow! Blisters after yesterday's 4 mile walk are killing me. I'd forgotten about that nasty side-effect of exercising! So, I'm giving myself a "rest day" today.

Still.... the fact that I dropped out of the 180s today makes those blisters worth it! :-D
179.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
