Feb 1st - 223.5. I need to see 209.5 by Feb 29th, just 4 weeks from now. This is going to be difficult, going to really have to diet and exercise.

I'm getting in more exercise due to the knee PT - been at the gym every other morning, this morning I did 30 minutes on recumbent bike. Still, not really working up a sweat, need to push myself or switch to elliptical.

Next is the diet, need to stop buying goodies - I often sabotage my attempts at dieting by impulse buying goodies. No more for Feb!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

You can do it!!!! I sure understand about the goodies buying. I have found that if I have it in the house, will-power is so much harder than if I just don't buy it. My husband now complains there isn't anything good to snack on any more. LOL I guess carrot sticks, cheese sticks don't look like snacks to him.
