Alright, I was doing great and then started to eat too many extras. Summer BBQs are rough. Ordering Chinese food last night didn't help, either! I am vowing to get back on track and lose these last 10 pounds once and for all!!!!!!!

Chinese food has a ton of sodium. My guess is some of what you saw there is just water weight. Also, try to stick to weighing yourself every week.

You can do it....summer is a hard time, but if we all set our minds to it we can do it! 10, 15, 20 more to lose is totally doable and I know we can do it! Hang in there, you will make it, I promise!
