Going through my history I note that it took a long time to creep up to weight I gained but yet I am so impatient for seeing a loss. Not rational. Steady we go!

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 January 2012:
1643 kcal Fat: 109.83g | Prot: 133.34g | Carb: 27.46g.   Breakfast: medium cheddar, Egg, butter, Bacon. Lunch: asparagus, grilled chicken, alfredo sauce. Dinner: tomato, lettuce, sour cream, egg, fajita seasoning, medium cheddar, pizza sauce, ground beef. Snacks/Other: premier protein, peanut butter adams, celery. more...

I know the feeling, I get impatient too. I have to remember it took me decades to get this heavy. I suppose your not that old, lol. So, try to look at it another way. hehe.

LOL - I wouldn't say that but ya, HAVE to look the other way...what else is there? peanut butter is my downfall it seems!

I saw your peanut butter adams, and thought it said Peanut Butter Sam Adams, wow. Peanut Butter Beer would be good!

Well, I see your graph for weightloss, and I am very impressed!!! I made a graph of the 2nd time I did Atkins, back in 2004 and my weight went down a bit, then leveled out, then went down again. With a bit of wandering about too. It's the body's way of adjusting. So, stick with it, you're doing great!
