Still really struggling with the weight loss. Seems I was getting a good start with real limited eating other than dinner (not ideal) but even that wasn't getting any good results. Resolved to eat less always and especially at dinner.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

If you are on Atkins the eating isnt limited which helps with the need to over indulge. Thats what i like about the diet. I used to go to sleep hungry on weight watchers but not with Atkins!!!!!
