Dear Journal, O.k....now I'm getting down on myself!!! I am sick of this plateau weight of 121.5!! My body is just loving this weight right now, but I'm not!!! My pants are tight in the butt and thighs, and if there is anything I hate more in the world, it is my thighs rubbing together!!! I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes last night at 6.0 and burned my shoulders and back to the bone with weights...then to top it off...I did 100 sit-ups (variations), and 100 push-ups (variations, and 100 plie squats!!!...Now, I'd love to say that I'm just gaining muscle, but my measurements were awful this morning!! So it can't possibly be muscle gain!! I don't want to gain inches in muscle...I want to gain muscle to BURN FAT!!...& INCHES!!! I will try to drink alot of water today to see if that is the case, but I drank over 80 oz. of water yesterday, so I don't see how anymore can help, but I'm desperate!!!
