Looking for my motivation!

Where is my motivation to exercise!?! I just cannot get into the grove to exercise. I am hearing lots of good things about Zumba for the wii.

I'm all for exercise.... but, I am not a gym person, or class person.

My exercise this week consisted of a few morning of Abdominal exercises, Leg exercises, flexibility exercises, I did shoot pool for an hour and a half... that is good exercise for me... Walking, squatting, bending, stretching and arm movements.

My Love is going to be on the road the next two weeks. My plan is to take advantage of this and push myself to get on a daily move my body routine. I do have to redo my closet next weekend. That is going to be a lot of bending, stretching and squatting. But, I already know the couple of hours that is going to take is going to Kick My A$$!

Get a pedometer and try to get in 10,000 steps daily. My sister hates exercise, but she she uses a pedometer it makes her more aware of being active. And let's face it, as we age, everything heads south. The only way to counter act it is exercise.
