Yesterday I ignored my hourly alarms to get up and move around and that left me with getting in all 5000 steps when I got home from work. I got it done -- I pulled out Turbo Jam Cardio Party and jammed out for about 45 minutes. Talk about a sweat fest! Then did a short cool down walk along the road with the dog. My outfit looked like a rainbow threw up. LOL.
Today, started out with 2.5 cups of carrots. Trying to get the veggies in before the evening. Done better today -- so hopefully that will leave me with a protein shake this evening with frozen chopped spinach and frozen strawberries. Yum!
So far so good -- 16 cups of water per day and minimum of 5000 steps!

that's awesome! I bought turbo jam cardio party 10 years ago after I had my first child off of an info-mercial. I have never met anyone else that has used it. I don't own it anymore, but I remember it being a butt kicker.
