I am REALLY coming to the limits of living with this pain...knee and in turn it's foot are feeling worse than ever. I can't even walk the 25 feet to the bathroom if I have to get up in the night without being in pure AGONY!
Orthopedic appointment tomorrow, and I'm not leaving with out DATES AND TIMES AND ORDERS (pre-op blood work, ekg, etc) because if I get stonewalled any longer I swear I'm going to loose it...
give up...
accept the inevitable...
go back on bordering on OD'ing with pain killers...
balloon back to 340#+ and wait for the end...

I started my husband on turmeric. I make him golden milk with coconut milk, turmeric, dash of cinnamon and honey to taste. He drinks it twice a day. Says it has made all the difference. We have tried the capsule. Not near as effective.
