I am feeling good about keeping my goal in hand.....but what I find myself doing is this: Say I'm at the lunch hall at school, I pick what I think is a healthier choice for me instead of what I normally get and I take a seat and my eyes start to wonder and I look at the choices everyone else is choosing....Pizza and cheesy bread sticks and Grilled Cheese and Fries or Burger and Fries and I find myself looking at them and I see that they are bigger than me and that eating that is only going to cause them to continue to get bigger and I applause myself for making a better choice than them.....It is helping me stay focus....stupid right, but it is working for me!
