I am really happy with my progress so far. I had expected to have lost more than this by now (I am on about day 7), but will accept the slower loss - write it off to my age and the meds that I am on - but I'm heading in the right direction!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
