12 wks and 24 ways. I love this challenge. My weight was going up and I was desperately trying different things. I knew I had to get back to basics.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
