Dear Journal,
Today I weighed 121.5...1/2 pound less than yesterday, but right back to where I started this diet at!! I am staying positive!! We had to take my sister-in-law out to dinner last night for her birthday, & my Mom and I are taking her out to lunch today. I tried to do well last night by getting 2 grilled chicken breasts, but when my toddler ate half of that, I went to some leftover cheese fries for fulfillment...sauce & all!! I only barely went over my calories allotted for the day, but I drank enough water to flush out some of that crap. I will try to do better today at lunch! Today is a new day and I WILL succeed!!
121.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
