RiverRes's Journal, 01 April 2017

Another stressful week. My friend and coworker's job at work was saved at the final hour and so she won't be laid off. Letting her go was a poor decision that came from our corporate office and I am glad that our local management was able to justify keeping not only her position, but her role, in our organization. There are times that I like working for a large, corporate, entity and there are times it drives me crazy.

I did manage to work out and eat correctly all week so that I am able to enjoy another week of the green downward arrow. I am truly blessed that my WOE and my increased workouts are working together to help me slim down. I truly think that my goal is attainable and that makes me happy.

I saw the doctor this week and have the authorization to cut my blood pressure meds in half. Super happy about that! With continued weight loss, there is a chance I can get off of them entirely. We also did blood work to check my cholesterol and blood sugar. I am actually looking forward to the results - it has been a long time since I could say that!!

Have a great weekend and week FS!
