Tuesday, 3/29 Steps = 2,830

It was disappointing to not walk yesterday, but I was pretty sick and I don't think it would have been a good idea. Today, I feel better and actually think it might be good to get some fresh air.

Really happy with my weight loss this week. I was worried that yesterday might mess it up. I don't understand the fluctuations in my loss, but as long as the numbers go down, I'm happy!

I just saw something on GMA about how you can slow your metabolism if you don't eat enough. Since I seem to be averaging around 1,200 calories per day, I am a little worried about it. However, as long as I keep losing at a reasonable rate, I'm not going to change anything. It's hard to believe that I am not hungry on 1,200 calories a day. I bet I was eating at least three times that during the holidays last year.
