I'm still dealing with this stomach thing but it seems a little better I may try adding a little different foods tomorrow and see what happens.

Have any of you used essential oils for anything? I started putting a mix on the scar on my ankle to see if I can get it to reduce because right now the only shoe I can wear is a sandle and only certain ones. I want to start walking more. Anyway that got me a little more interested in the oils I'm using a diffuser with them and like that but would like to know how to make a good lotion and soap with them. I bought a book and have learned a lot but the recipes are to rub on or put in the diffuser or mix to drink. I don't think I'll be drinking them no matter how safe they say it is. Any help would be appreciated
