Sorry I've been absent for awhile but I've bee sick, tummy problems. I'm not sure yet what's causing it but it seems if I eat anything except very simple and plain food I have really bad problems. I didn't even get to trying the MTC oil yet. As we all know sometimes simple and plain isn't always on our WOE.
I haven't even been logging food but decided I still need to do that anyway.
