New numbers jump started my losses. I was a bit stalled for a few weeks.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 0.6 lb a week
