My body is killing me from field hockey and bein is making it that much worse. ):
I really wish that I could get better already so that I could start running and working out. I'm going to aim for this wednesday or thursday.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
