I enjoy planning healthy meals but for some reason, I crave sweets. I have given in and eaten far too much a few times but luckily I have still lost some weight. It is probably better not to have any sweet treats at the moment. They seem to trigger binge attacks. I will have fruit instead. Why is it so difficult?!

I'm totally with you on the sweet craving. Don't know if you can buy really small treat size sweets? Chocolate is my weakness. I have a tub of the little treat sized packets in my frige and allow myself one a day 75-100 cals...usually when I'm on FS in the evenings...lol. Quite often we have cakes and biscuits at work, which I manage to avoid as I have my chocolate to look forward to, so it helps in more ways than one....I don't know how I manage to restrict myself to just the one, as the old me would have cleaned out the tub in a day. If you think you can resist eating them all, try it, it has really helped me. XX

My problem is that I can't stop after one. That's why I have gone back to not eating any more treats at the moment. Yesterday I ate so many that I only had an egg and a slice of cheese for dinner to stay below my calories. Feeling much more in control today!

Sounds like it would be the safest bet is to not have them around...glad your feeling more in control today....there's sadly no easy way, what works for you has to be the right way...keep in touch on here, that helps loads! XX

Thanks Di, it really helps to know that you're looking out for me. Before Christmas I had a piece of dark chocolate every day without any problems. Since my break it has been really tough. We all know that sugar can be as addictive as heroin, I am a total junkie!
