Day three. So far so good.

I want to see results, though. To weight or not to weight - that is the question. I know I shouldn't focus on that, but it would really be nice to see a difference on the scale, you know?

I Feel better. I have more energy and I can already feel a difference to how my clothes fit me.

So should I weight after three days? Or should I wait till sunday night?

Ugh.

Ssshhh... go ahead and "unofficially" (heck, did I spell that right? LOL) check the scales.. no one will have to know, hee hee hee.. I'm feeling o.k. and my appetite has gone down but I'm seeing NOTHING on the scale and it's just plum ticks me off! I do have my stupid little friend but that came Tuesday .. holy heck, shouldn't I have lost something by now????? 8 freakin' days.... ugh!

Give it time and hang in there. We all what to see results fast and 8 days seems long. But give it time I weigh myself every 3 weeks and boy do I see results. When do you weight yourself? Just take one day at a time it will happen. just keep on keeping on.Don't give up don't ever give up.
