Finally, I feel like I'm on the right track after almost a year of not being able to lose an ounce. The key lies in posting to my food journal. I previously had no idea how much fat, protein, or carbs I was eating although I was limiting my daily carbs to about 15 grams per meal. The protein was way to high and the fat not high enough. This journal is a God send.
