Today marks my first 30 days of steady dieting without a cheat. In the last 3 years, I normally can easily go about 21-23 days, then have a set-back..you can't give up if you stall, your body is only re-adjusting, it doesn't stop losing fat if you stay committed.

I've come to the conclusion...

I am so over the back and forth weight loss and allowing myself to gain it ALL back, instead a maybe allowing 3-5 lbs fluxes. I am soooo tired of the way my weight affects how others treat me.

For example, when I am thin, a man will wait to hold the door open at Target, even if I am at the end of the parking lot. Now, I can be right behind a guy, almost on his caboose, and he'll let the door shut right in my face.

My daily montra, as I think often think fondly about those carbs, is: nothing, and I mean nothing tastes as good as being thin feels, emotionally, mentally and physically.

Are days and days of suffering and waiting for the pounds to come off worth a cheat? Especially when it takes one minute to ruin months of hard work? It's just not...we need to eat to live, not live to eat.

I have lost 75 pounds 6 times now...and really, I've wasted of lot of fun times in my life, when I could have just said no, to the wrong foods to begin with. Food doesn't make us fat, we make us fat, by thinking food brings us happiness. Being fit, and looking amazing has far more rewards!

On behalf of my butt, I thank you for reading this...hopefully it will keep you in check when you're weak. Keep the faith, it will work...
