I know this doesn't have much to do with my diet, but I have been so unmotivated the past few days. There are so many things I should have done or should be doing that I just can't seem to get to.
I am really surprised that I ate so little yesterday, because I certainly felt like I was eating a lot. I didn't get as much exercise as I would have liked, however. Tonight I really need to swim or run for an hour and a half just to keep my exercise routine going.
