Ok its been awhile since I weigh in, I am back on track, I spiked to 185 and now have held 176.6 for 2 days, so I know its legit. I got this reading on 3 scales so I know its correct.
So Hopefully my next weigh in will be 165, then 160

Hang with it! How is my friend, Buddy?

Buddy is doing great HCB, I have him a new diet, cutting back on his treats and found some lower calorie ones he likes and more exercise. I will get new photos posted of him. I have to use photobucket on fat secret to get photos posted. We had some cooler weather 55-65 in Florida so he was running up and down his perch. I am serious now about staying in my calorie range as far as the diet goes
