09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 01:00 pm - fresh nectarines, one bananna 04:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake 06:30 pm - grilled zucchini with a couple of low-fat cheese strips on top
With a side of 45min of bicycle workout.
