I had a very close male friend to spend the night. He arrived yest at about 6pm and left this morning before I had to leave for church at about 10:30am. Needless to say my focus was not on food...lol. But what made this time with him more special than the others, was that I felt good about myself. I shared with him my weight loss goals and he was proud of me for losing the weight I have lost so far. He even said, he needs to get on track himself...although he is not overweight. At my largest weight, he has always told me that I was sexy. Each time I have shared time with him, he has always made me feel so desirable and attractive. Even when I did not feel that way....which is not good. A man loves a confident woman. He accepts me for me. I appreciate him for that, because he would not say it, if he did not feel that way. I did not do my exercises as far as walking 2 miles...but managed to get some exercise in if you know what I mean. A burnt calorie is that....however the source. And for those reading this and judging me...please don't. We ALL sin.
I plan to get back on track today with the exercise routine.
As for the food intake...its amazing, I feel full just with a salad and yogurt, or boiled chicken. I am even more encouraged and I am so thankful for this enthusiasm. I think I am going to reduce my calorie intake RDI 2000 to RDI 1500...why not?!!!!
