I must not be in heavy-duty, fat-burning ketosis yet. Or maybe I was entering ketosis (I had some real energy for awhile), but on Friday (2/24)I ate just way too much food: lots of fat (good!), too much protein (excess protein is converted into sugar :-( ), and at least 80 carbs (AAIIIYYYEEEE!). I'm aiming for 20 or fewer carbs a day, so that day was out of control. I'm not really hungry, but I want to eat. I'm still thinking about food too much, and I don't have the super energy that comes with burning fat. I must persevere! Eating right → losing fat → feeling energetic! My #1 goal is to eat right. All else must fall aside for now.
