Really fell off the tracking wagon yesterday - also was a lazy butt & watched a lot of T.V. I got some packing & cleaning done, but not nearly enough. Also didn't get any exercise. I tried to run outside on Saturday, but my right knee is giving me fits - and I'm supposed to run a 5K on March 4th! I seem to be maintaining 148 lbs, but can't seem to get below that, which is discouraging, but maybe it's better if I just focus more on exercise & NOT gaining right now. This whole thing with the move, my daughter & grandkids staying with us for a bit longer, and my job changing, I don't know. Still, I'd really like to lose at least a few more lbs, at least get back to my pre-vacation weight of 146. It's only 2 lbs, why can't I lose them??? Calm down, breathe, be patient, etc....
