That is awsome I was very excited to when I weighed myself this morning I lost one pound and that was with out being able to walk this past week due to the rain. I would say count every loss it is a good way to keep you on the right track.

Tell me what your doing on the Wii fit! I find that while its fun, the actual workout doesn't seem to do much for me compared to a good walk or exercise DVD. I know people talk about how great it is so I know that I must be missing something. Do tell!

Woo Hoo 4 U !! It is funny how sometimes you retain water and then the next day it is gone. I have fluctuated as much as 4 pounds over night.
