Had just one bagel for breakfast - not the best thing but at least I didn't heap it with butter

You might also look into eating eggs for breakfast and balance it with low fat bread. It can keep you feeling full and not like you're depriving yourself of anything. ok, so I have no idea how to post a link in this comments section. I put the link in my journal today as "eggs" if you want to read it. "adults who eat eggs for breakfast look 65% more weight" was the article. :)
