water fast day #1
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

Are you sure water fasts are the way to go?

Water Fasts for me are great! Not much to loose weight (since I regain almost all back), but as detox, to improve my mental clarity. I feel so much better when I'm fasting the Growth Hormone is increasing and in general my hormone's swings are way better when I'm fasting. I know fasting is not for everyone but I feel better on so many levels, even my anxiety and depression are very well.....it might be a placebo effect, but whatever it is.....it's working for me!! :)

Ah, okay, I see now! I didn't fully realize weight loss wasn't your main intention with these fasts, and kinda wanted to make sure it wasn't! :P Thank you for clarifying! ^^
