Kinda wimped out on the dog walk, but I will get on the exercise bike for 30mins tonight...

Did really well on my diet today...sorry, my RDI...I just need to focus on getting exercise...tomorrow could be hard for the RDI, lunch out and dinner at moms...breakfast will be the same though...

Lots of walking tomorrow, I am going to the motorcycle show for a few hours with my daughter...walking around, taking pictures and sitting on bikes that I can't really afford...should be fun!!
